Honorary membership to the College of Biologists

As Geographer, I feel honoured to have been nominated as honorary member of the Portuguese College of Biologists (Ordem dos Biólogos) together with the Ciência Viva Programme (national science communication’s programme) and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

At the the awarding ceremony on the 12th of February 2020 my talk was: “Planetary Metabolism and Sustainability“.
